Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Zevalune is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the carrier directly. We will assist whenever possible.
