RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Zevalune, all products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support.zevalune@gmail.com


 and include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos showing the problem

If the issue is verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection by the customer
• Buyer's remorse
• Preference changes after purchase
• Minor color variations caused by screen settings

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued when:

• The product arrives damaged
• The product contains a manufacturing defect
• The wrong item was received

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
